# Proof & Print > Proof & Print is a premium, consultancy-led print service for Australian real estate agencies, law and accounting practices, corporate teams and property developers whose print is read closely. What makes it premium is how each job is handled: every client has a named print consultant, a person checks every proof against a written checklist before it prints, premium stocks and finishes are the default, and all-inclusive prices are published in AUD inc GST with metro delivery included. Key facts (prices as at 18 October 2026, AUD inc GST): - Minimum order: $150. - Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. - Every job is checked by a person against a written 12-point proof checklist before it prints. Nothing prints until the client approves the proof. - Service area: Australia-wide. Contact: studio@proofprint.com.au, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST. - Proof & Print does not sell on lowest price; it publishes premium default specifications (for example 450gsm soft-touch business cards with spot gloss) and quotes bespoke and large work through a consultant. - Best for: Australian real estate agencies, law and accounting practices, corporate teams and property developers that want one named consultant, a person checking every proof against a written checklist, premium stock as the default and a published all-inclusive price. - Not the right fit: buyers who need 100 cards tomorrow at the lowest price (an online printer suits them better), letterpress made in a studio they can visit (a letterpress studio), or listing artwork generated from a CRM (a real estate print platform). ## Pricing and products - [Pricing](https://proofprint.com.au/pricing/): every product, quantity and add-on in plain HTML tables. - [Business cards](https://proofprint.com.au/products/business-cards/): 450gsm, soft-touch both sides, Spot gloss (spot UV) on the front; Consult: A call or video meeting with your consultant, usually the same business day you get in touch. We talk through what the piece is for, who will hold it, the deadline and the budget band. If you already know exactly what you need, this can be a five-minute check of the spec. 2. Brief: A three-minute guided brief, or your consultant fills it in with you. The brief captures products, quantities, finish, artwork status, delivery addresses and timing. It ends with your consultant's name, a reference number and the next step. 3. Proof: A PDF proof checked by a person against our written checklist, within one business day of artwork. You approve the proof online with your name. Nothing prints until a proof is approved. A posted hard-copy proof on the real stock is available for $75. 4. Print: Production on the specified stock and finish, at the lead time shown on each product. Lead times start when the proof is approved and payment is received. Priority turnaround brings most products forward by a business day. 5. Delivered: Metro delivery included and tracked; split delivery to branches available. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra metro delivery is in every price. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. ## The 12-point proof checklist 1. Trim size, 3mm bleed and safe area. 2. Image resolution at the printed size. 3. Fonts embedded or outlined. 4. Colour space and brand colour values (CMYK and Pantone references). 5. Fine text, hairlines and rich black. 6. Finish layers (foil, spot gloss, raised gloss) on their own layer, aligned, and above minimum line weights. 7. Names and titles checked against the list you supplied (we flag, we never silently change). 8. Phone numbers, emails and web addresses formatted consistently. 9. Sector details present where you would expect them, such as ABN or ACN, licence numbers or a professional standards scheme line (we flag gaps; it is not legal advice). 10. Folds, panel order, page order and binding. 11. Quantities, versions and per-name or per-branch splits match the order. 12. Stock, finish and delivery details match the approved quote. ## Prices (AUD inc GST, metro delivery and a human proof check included, as at 18 October 2026) ### Business cards Heavyweight, double-sided cards with a soft-touch finish and a raised gloss detail, checked by a person before print. Proof & Print is a new firm. We would rather say so plainly than imply a history we don't have. **Do you print in-house?** We are a consultancy-led print service. Your consultant specifies and manages the job, a person checks the proof, and each job is produced on the stock and finish in your approved quote. Your consultant is your single point of contact throughout. **Where are you based?** We work with clients by email, phone and video call. Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price. **Do you work with businesses outside your four sectors?** Yes. The four sectors are who we built the service around. If your print needs the same care, send a brief. **Do I need an account to order?** No. Anyone can order and pay at checkout or by a pay link from a consultant. An account suits businesses that order regularly, across branches, or need invoices on terms. **Will you run a credit check?** Only for net-14 or net-30 terms, and only with your consent, which you give in step 3. Pay-on-order accounts do not need one. **Why do you not ask for bank details?** Email and web forms are not the right place for bank details or identity documents, so we never ask for them this way. If anything of that kind is needed, your consultant arranges a secure process with you. **What if our application is not approved for net-30?** We will tell you plainly and offer the terms we can approve, such as pay on order. You keep the other account services, including approved masters on file and split delivery. **Who is an account for?** Businesses that order print regularly or across more than one office: real estate groups and franchises, multi-office firms and practices, corporate marketing teams and developers running several projects. If you order once or twice a year, paying at checkout is usually simpler. **How do net-30 terms work?** Net-30 terms are available on approval, subject to a credit check. We ask for your consent before running one. Once approved, your consultant invoices each order on your terms rather than taking payment at checkout. You can also request pay-on-order or net-14 terms. **How long does an application take?** The application takes a few minutes. We aim to review it within 2 business days, then your consultant books a short setup call to confirm your branches, approvers and approved masters. **Do account prices differ from the prices on the site?** Account clients pay the same prices as the price book. An account changes how you order and pay, not what each item costs. Runs above a product's largest listed quantity are tendered and quoted in writing, as they are for everyone. **Can you invoice each branch separately?** Today each order is invoiced, and your consultant can raise separate orders for each branch with that branch's purchase order number. Consolidated invoicing, per-branch billing and spend reports through a client portal are planned for phase 2 and are not available yet. **What does storage and scheduled reorder cover?** For $29 a month inc GST, we hold your approved artwork and up to four cartons of stock, and reorder on a schedule you set. It is billed monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. **Is there a fee to open an account?** Applying costs nothing. Your consultant will confirm any account terms in writing before your first order on account. **Is the call free?** Yes. The 15-minute call costs nothing and there is no obligation. If you want a longer working session on stock, finish and layout, the design-direction session is 60 minutes for $195, credited in full on an order over $1,500 placed within 60 days. **Phone or video?** Either. Choose when you book. Video is useful if you want to share your screen or hold up a sample. **What should I have ready?** Whatever you have: an existing piece you want to reprint or improve, rough quantities, a date, and your files if they exist. None of it is required. **What happens after the call?** Your consultant sends a written summary with a recommendation and a price or a quote, usually within one business day. **Is there any obligation?** None. A brief gets you a written recommendation and a price or quote. Nothing is ordered until you approve a quote, and nothing prints until you approve a proof. **What if I don't know quantities or dates yet?** Rough numbers are fine, and every field in the detail step is optional except the first. Your consultant will confirm everything before quoting. **Can I send files later?** Yes. Skip the upload step and send files to your consultant when they are ready. **Who sees my brief?** Your consultant. Files go to private storage and are seen only by your consultant. **What is the difference between a premium print service and an online printer?** An online printer lets you upload a file, pick options and pay, usually at a low price with no person reading your proof. A premium print service such as Proof & Print gives you a named consultant, a person who checks every proof against a written checklist, premium stock as the default and a published price that includes GST and metro delivery. You pay more per card for the service around the print. **Which kind of printer should a small business use?** It depends on the job. For a small run of simple cards you need quickly at a low price, an online printer suits. For letterpress or cotton stock as a craft object, a letterpress studio suits. For a firm that wants one accountable person checking every proof across cards, stationery and signage, a premium print service suits. **Where do the competitor prices on this page come from?** Each price was taken from the provider's own website, or its search listing where noted, on the capture date shown in the table. We link to every source. Prices change, so check the provider's site before you rely on a figure. **Is Proof & Print the right choice for every print job?** No. If you need cards tomorrow at the lowest price, a letterpress keepsake, or one platform that builds every listing's artwork from your CRM, another kind of provider will suit you better. This page says which. **Is MOO cheaper than Proof & Print?** For small runs, usually yes. MOO sells cards from 50, and listed 100 Luxe cards at $100, below our $150 minimum order. At larger runs it reverses: MOO listed 1,000 Super cards at $577, against $385 for our featured 1,000. **Who should use MOO instead of Proof & Print?** Individuals and design-led small businesses who want distinctive stocks in small quantities, ordered online, and who don't need signage or a consultant. **Does Proof & Print print signage as well as cards?** Yes. Alongside cards and stationery we print corflute and ACM signboards, pull-up banners, display boards and posters, all with the same proof check. **Is Paperlust or Proof & Print better for spot UV business cards?** They suit different buyers. Paperlust is self-serve with low minimums and published prices for spot UV cards. Proof & Print includes spot gloss in its featured spec, a named consultant and a person checking your proof, at a higher price that includes metro delivery. **Does Paperlust check proofs?** Paperlust says it runs a free pre-press check and sends a digital proof on every order. Proof & Print has a person check every job against a written 12-point checklist, including names, licence numbers and other sector details, before it prints. **Who should use Paperlust instead of Proof & Print?** Buyers who want special finishes at a lower price, small runs, quick turnaround on items like corflute, and are happy to order online without a consultant. **Why are premium business cards more expensive than online printer cards?** Part of the difference is the card: heavier stock, a soft-touch laminate and a finish such as spot gloss. Most of it is the service: a consultant who specifies the job, a person who reads your proof against a written checklist, and metro delivery included in the price. If you don't need those, an online printer is the sensible choice. **When should I use an online printer instead of Proof & Print?** When you need cards in a day or two, want the lowest price, are ordering a small simple run, or are confident your file is correct and don't need anyone to check it. Online printers do those jobs well. **Can I see the difference in stock before deciding?** Yes. Our sample box holds our stocks and finishes, and the cost is credited on your first order. Many online printers also offer sample packs, so you can compare side by side. **Is a proof check worth paying for?** It depends what a mistake would cost you. A wrong number on 250 cards is a reprint. A missing licence number on agency signage, or an outdated partner name on a firm's letterhead, can cost far more than the print. A person reading the proof against a checklist catches most of those. **Is Proof & Print a replacement for Campaigntrack or Realhub?** No. Those platforms build listing artwork from agency templates and CRM data and route orders to suppliers. Proof & Print is a print partner: we specify, check and deliver the print. Many agencies use a platform for listing artwork and a print partner for stationery, signage standards and branch rollouts. **How much do Campaigntrack and Realhub cost?** Neither publishes a price list that we could find. Pricing is set through the platform, its CRM integrations and its suppliers. Ask them directly for current fees. **When should an agency use a real estate platform rather than Proof & Print?** When the priority is generating every listing's brochures, signboards and social artwork from one template system linked to the CRM, with many offices ordering through one workflow. **Does Proof & Print print letterpress like The Distillery?** Letterpress is quoted work for us, specified by your consultant, not something we print in a studio you can visit. If watching your job printed by hand on a letterpress matters to you, a letterpress studio is the right choice. **Is Proof & Print cheaper than The Distillery?** On the published figures, yes, for a different product. Our featured business cards are offset-printed 450gsm soft-touch with spot gloss; The Distillery's packages are letterpress. They are different objects, so compare the finish you want, not only the price. **Who suits a letterpress studio better than Proof & Print?** Anyone who wants letterpress on cotton or heavy board as the defining feature, edge finishes, an in-studio consultation, or to see the first pull of their job. A craft studio does that well. **How quickly will you reply?** A consultant replies to every brief within one business day, usually sooner. Emails to studio@proofprint.com.au are answered on business days within our hours. **Can I visit you?** We work with clients by email, phone and video call. If you would like to see stocks and finishes in person, the sample box ($25, credited on your first order) brings them to you. **Should I email or start a brief?** If you want a price, start a brief. It asks the questions your consultant needs and takes about three minutes. Email suits anything else. **How do I send large files?** Upload them in the brief, or paste a link to a file-sharing service. Files go to private storage and are seen only by your consultant. **How do I place an order?** For standard items, build and price the job on the product page, or buy a package. For anything bespoke, large or unsure, start a brief and a consultant replies within one business day with a recommendation and a price or quote. **Is there a minimum order?** Yes. The minimum order is $150 inc GST. **How do I pay?** Standard items and packages are paid by card through a secure checkout. For quoted work, your consultant sends a secure payment link once you approve the quote. Account clients are invoiced on the terms agreed when the account is set up. **Can our design agency send the brief and files?** Yes. Choose Agency or designer in the brief. The client name is optional and kept confidential, and the proof can go to both the agency and the client. **What do you check on the proof?** A person checks every job against our written 12-point list: trim, bleed and safe area; image resolution; fonts; colour values; fine text and rich black; finish layers; names and titles against your list; phone, email and web formatting; sector details such as an ABN, licence number or scheme line; folds and page order; quantities and splits; and stock, finish and delivery against the quote. **Will you fix mistakes in my file?** We fix what is technical, such as missing bleed or an unembedded font, and tell you what we changed. Anything that is yours to decide, such as a name that doesn't match your list, we flag. We never silently change a name, a number or a word. **Is the proof a PDF or a printed sample?** A PDF by default. A posted hard-copy proof on the chosen stock is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. **Who approves the proof?** Whoever you nominate. Tell your consultant who needs to see it. The proof can go to more than one person, and the job prints only once your nominated approver signs off. **What if the job arrives with a mistake?** Tell your consultant as soon as you can, with a photo. If the mistake is ours, we reprint at no cost. If the issue was in the approved proof, your consultant explains the options and quotes any reprint before anything prints. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. **Do your prices include GST?** Yes. Every price on the site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. **What does a 'from' price mean?** It is the lowest price we list for a product, at the smallest quantity we sell, usually our recommended default. For example, business cards are from $165 for 250 on 450gsm soft-touch, or $240 with spot gloss. The price builder shows the price for every other option and quantity. **Why is the premium option already selected?** Because it is what we would recommend. You can choose a lighter stock or no finish, and the builder explains the trade-off in plain words and shows the new price. **What add-ons are available?** A design-direction session ($195, credited in full on an order over $1,500 placed within 60 days), artwork setup ($95 per design), typesetting from your brand guide ($195 per design), brand colour match ($95 per design), a posted hard-copy proof ($75), priority turnaround (25%, minimum $95), split delivery ($35 per additional metro address), a presentation card box ($25), a presentation suite box ($65) and storage with scheduled reorder ($29 a month). **Do you price-match?** No. Our prices include a consultant, a person checking every proof, premium stock as the default and metro delivery. We publish them so you can compare what you get. **Is delivery included?** Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price. **What about Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional areas?** Delivery to Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses is quoted at cost before you pay. **How long will my order take?** Each product has a usual lead time, counted from the day you approve the proof. For example, corflute signboards are usually 3 to 5 business days, business cards 5 to 7 and presentation folders 8 to 10. Turnaround times are targets, and your consultant confirms the date before you pay. **Can you deliver to several branches or sites?** Yes. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, with each address packed and labelled separately. **Can you deliver faster?** Priority turnaround is 25% of the order (minimum $95). Your job moves to the front of the queue and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows. We don't offer same-day turnaround. **What does gsm mean?** Grams per square metre: the weight of the paper or board. Higher is heavier. A 100gsm letterhead runs through an office printer; a 450gsm business card feels substantial in the hand. **What is soft-touch?** A matt laminate with a velvety surface. It is our default for business cards because it feels considered and holds up in a wallet. **What is the difference between spot gloss, raised gloss and foil?** Spot gloss (spot UV) is a clear gloss on chosen areas, such as a logo. Raised gloss is a thicker gloss you can feel with a fingertip. Foil is a metallic layer, usually gold or silver, that catches the light. Each needs its own layer in your artwork, which we check at proof stage. **Can I see the stocks before ordering?** Yes. The sample box is $25 and holds soft-touch, spot gloss, foil, felt, board weights and signboard offcuts. The $25 is credited on your first order. **Do you offer letterpress, duplexed or cotton stocks?** Yes, on quote. Letterpress, duplexed and edge-painted cards, and cotton and 120gsm letterheads, are specified and quoted by your consultant. **Do you offer accounts?** Yes. Accounts suit firms that order regularly or across several branches or sites. They are assessed on application, and any trading terms are agreed when the account is set up. **Can each branch order its own print?** Yes. Your consultant holds approved artwork for every branch, so branch orders start from an approved master. Ask about who approves spend and how branches are billed when you apply. **Can you store our stock and reorder for us?** Yes. Storage and scheduled reorder is $29 a month. We hold your approved artwork and up to four cartons of stock, and reorder on a schedule you set. Cancel any time. **Do you check our print for legal compliance?** No. We check that sector details, such as an ABN or ACN, licence numbers or a professional standards scheme line, are present where you would expect them and match what you supplied. Whether they meet the rules that apply to you is for you to confirm. We flag; it is not legal advice. **Do you install signboards and hoardings?** We print and deliver them. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant, who confirms what is available and the cost before you commit. **How are hoardings quoted?** Hoardings are measured and scheduled with your project team. Your consultant works from your drawings and measurements, and quotes in writing. **We are not in one of your four sectors. Can we still order?** Yes. Choose Other in the brief and your consultant will take it from there. **Does the proof check cost extra?** No. Every job is checked by a person against our written proof checklist before it prints, and that is included in every price. **What does approving a proof mean?** It means you have checked the names, numbers, wording and layout and are happy for the job to print as shown. We check the file carefully, but you know your details better than we do, so the final sign-off is yours. **Can I change something after I approve the proof?** Tell your consultant straight away. If the job has not started printing, we can usually send a new proof, which resets the lead time from the new approval. Once printing has started, your consultant will explain the options and any cost before anything else happens. **Can I get a printed proof instead of a PDF?** Yes. A posted hard-copy proof on the chosen stock is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. **Can a job be done faster?** Priority turnaround is 25% of the order (minimum $95). Your job moves to the front of the queue and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows. Your consultant confirms the date before you pay. **What happens if the job arrives wrong?** Tell your consultant as soon as you can, with a photo. If the mistake is ours, we reprint at no cost. If the issue was in the approved proof, your consultant explains the options, such as a corrected reprint, and quotes it before anything prints. **Do your prices include GST and delivery?** Yes. Every price on the site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. **How quickly will I hear back after sending a brief?** A consultant replies to every brief within one business day, usually sooner, with a written recommendation and a price or a quote. **What if my file isn't print-ready?** That is what the proof check is for. A person checks your file against our 12-point list, fixes what is technical and tells you about it, and flags anything that is yours to decide. If your artwork needs to be set up to print specification, artwork setup is $95 per design. **Can I feel the stocks before I order?** Yes. The sample box is $25 and holds our stocks and finishes, from soft-touch and foil to board weights and signboard offcuts. The $25 is credited on your first order. **Do you design artwork from scratch?** We are a print consultancy first. A 60-minute design-direction session ($195, credited in full on an order over $1,500 placed within 60 days) covers stock, finish and layout with written notes, and artwork setup ($95 per design) prepares a supplied design for print. If you need a full design, say so in your brief and your consultant will talk you through the options. **Who writes the journal?** Proof & Print. Each piece is written from the questions clients ask us and the details we check on every proof. **Is the journal legal or planning advice?** No. Where a piece mentions a rule or requirement, we link to the source. Check anything that matters with the relevant authority or your adviser. **Can I suggest a topic?** Yes. Email studio@proofprint.com.au with the question you would like answered. **How often do you publish?** When we have something useful to say. We would rather publish a few accurate pieces than many thin ones. **Is the proof check done by software?** No. A person checks every job against our written 12-point list, reads the proof and decides what to fix and what to flag. **Will you correct spelling mistakes?** We flag them. We check names and titles against the list you supplied and point out anything that looks wrong, but we never silently change a name, a number or a word. The decision is yours. **Who is my consultant?** When you send a brief, it goes to the consultant who looks after your sector, and their name is on the reply. The same person handles your job from brief to delivery and your reorders after that. **What happens if you make a mistake?** If the mistake is ours, we reprint at no cost. See How it works for the full approach and our policies for the detail. **Why aren't you the lowest price?** Because the price includes a consultant, a person checking every proof, premium stock as the default and metro delivery. We publish our prices so you can compare them with what you get. **Can the business cards cover several agents?** Yes, ask your consultant before you buy. Each additional agent is its own design, so artwork setup at $95 inc GST per extra design applies, and your consultant confirms how the quantity splits and the total in writing before you pay. **Do the signboards come with frames or stakes?** The package covers the printed boards. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant and priced separately. **Can the A-frame inserts be changed later?** Yes. The steel A-frames take two printed inserts each, and the inserts can be swapped between listings. Replacement inserts can be ordered through your consultant. **We are opening several offices. Can the order be split?** Yes. Delivery to one metro address is included, and each additional metro address is $35 inc GST, packed and labelled for that branch. For ongoing multi-branch print, an account may suit you better. **Do you check licence numbers and agency details?** Our proof checklist looks for the sector details you would expect, such as licence numbers and agency contact details, and we flag anything that seems to be missing or inconsistent. It is a print check, not legal advice. **Does the package include site hoardings?** No. Hoardings are measured and scheduled with your project team, so they are always quoted separately. Your consultant can quote them alongside the package so the colours are matched across both. **Why is brand colour match included?** A development's colours appear on board, mesh, banner fabric and paper, which all take ink differently. We match your brand colours to a printed reference for each design and record the values, so reorders and later stages print the same way. **Will the fence mesh survive on site?** The mesh is a wind-permeable material made for site fences and hoardings, finished with eyelets every 500mm. How long it lasts depends on exposure and fixing, so talk to your consultant about the site and the expected campaign length. **Can deliveries go to the site and the sales office separately?** Yes. Delivery to one metro address is included, and each additional metro address is $35 inc GST. Regional sites are quoted at cost before you pay. **Can we pay on account for a project?** If your business has an approved account, your consultant can invoice the package on your account terms. Net-30 terms are available on approval, subject to a credit check. **Can the kit be reused at later events?** Yes. The pull-up banners pack into their carry bags, the PVC banner is hemmed with eyelets for repeated hanging, and the steel A-frames take swappable printed inserts. Replacement inserts and reprinted banners can be ordered through your consultant. **Can the two pull-up banners carry different designs?** Yes. The kit includes artwork setup for four designs, one for each item. If you want each pull-up banner to carry a different design, that is a fifth design at $95 inc GST, confirmed by your consultant before you pay. **Can you deliver straight to the venue?** Yes, as long as the venue can receive deliveries. Delivery to one metro address is included. Each additional metro address is $35 inc GST, and regional venues are quoted at cost before you pay. **Our event is soon. Can it be done faster?** Priority turnaround is available for 25% of the order, minimum $95 inc GST, where the product allows. Your consultant confirms the dispatch date before you pay, so you know whether it will arrive in time. **Can I change the quantities in a package?** Yes. Ask your consultant before you buy. They price the changed scope from the same price book and confirm it in writing, including whether it still sits at a package price, before you pay. The package price on this page applies to the scope exactly as listed. **Can a package be split across branches or sites?** Yes. Delivery to one metro address is included. Each additional metro address is $35 inc GST, and we pack and label each delivery for its branch. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. **Can we pay for a package on account?** If your business has an approved account, your consultant can invoice the package on your account terms instead of taking payment at checkout. Net-30 terms are available on approval, subject to a credit check. **Do I need artwork ready before I buy?** No. Artwork setup is included for every design in a package. After checkout your consultant asks for your files, and if they are not print-ready, the proof check is where we find and fix the technical issues. **What if I need something that is not in a package?** Start a brief and your consultant will specify it with you. Individual products are priced on the pricing page and in each product's price builder, and anything unusual is quoted in writing. **Do package prices include GST and delivery?** Yes. Package prices are inc GST and include delivery to one metro address in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide or Canberra. **Why five large boards for one listing?** Five boards give a main board for the front of the property and spares for corners, approaches or a second street frontage. If you need fewer or a smaller size, your consultant can price that version before you buy. **How quickly can the boards be ready?** Corflute signboards are usually 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. The brochures take longer, at 6 to 8 business days, so if the board is needed first, tell your consultant and the boards can be proofed and sent ahead. **Can the board carry auction details?** Yes, if you know them when the board is designed. A printed board cannot be changed afterwards, so if the campaign is heading to auction, tell your consultant when you buy. The auction date can go on the board from the start, or a second run of boards can be priced from our price book later. **Do the boards come with frames?** The package covers the printed boards. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant and priced separately. **We list every week. Is there a better way to order?** If you order listing print regularly, an account lets you keep approved masters on file and request each listing as a reorder with the new property details. Your consultant can explain how that works for your office. **Can the 500 business cards be split across several people?** Yes, ask your consultant before you buy. Each additional name is its own design, so artwork setup at $95 inc GST per extra design applies, and your consultant confirms how the quantity splits and the total in writing before you pay. **Will the letterheads run through our office printer?** The letterheads are printed on a 100gsm uncoated stock that is laser and inkjet safe, chosen to run cleanly through office printers. If you would like to test it first, the sample box includes our stocks. **Can we have cotton or 120gsm letterheads instead?** Yes, but cotton and 120gsm writing stocks are quoted by your consultant rather than priced in the package. Your consultant will confirm the changed price in writing before you pay. **Why is a posted proof included?** A suite like this is often kept for years, so we include a printed proof on the chosen stock, posted to you before the run. It adds 2 to 3 business days and lets partners see and feel the stationery before the full quantity prints. **Do you check professional details such as ABNs and practising lines?** Our proof checklist looks for the sector details you would expect, such as an ABN or ACN, licence numbers or a professional standards scheme line, and we flag anything that seems to be missing. It is a print check, not legal advice, and we never change your wording without asking. **Why aren't your prices the lowest?** Because the price pays for more than the print. Every order includes a consultant who reads your brief, a person who checks your file against our 12-point proof checklist before anything prints, a premium stock and finish as the default specification, and delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra. If the lowest possible price matters more to you than those things, an online trade printer will usually cost less, and for some jobs that is a sensible choice. **Do prices include GST?** Yes. Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST. On this page we also show the ex GST equivalent, which is the inc GST price divided by 1.1 and rounded to the cent. Your tax invoice shows the GST amount separately. **What does a "from" price mean?** A from price is the lowest price we list for a product, at the smallest quantity we sell. For most products that is our recommended default specification. Business cards are the exception: they are from $165 for 250 on 450gsm soft-touch, and $240 with the spot gloss detail we recommend. Other stocks, sizes and quantities are priced in each product's price builder. **Can I choose a lighter stock to bring the price down?** Yes. The price builder shows every option with its price, and we describe the tradeoff plainly. For example, 250 business cards on 450gsm soft-touch without the spot gloss detail are $165 inc GST rather than $240. Your consultant can talk you through which choices make a visible difference for your job. **Why are some items quote-only?** Annual reports and booklets, site hoardings, letterpress, duplexed and edge-painted cards, cotton and 120gsm letterheads, and ACM signboards beyond the listed size all depend on page counts, measurements or specialist processes. Your consultant specifies the job with you and sends a written quote, usually within one business day. **Can we pay on account?** Businesses that order regularly can apply for an account. Net-30 terms are available on approval, subject to a credit check, and we ask before running one. Until an account is approved, orders are paid at checkout or by a pay link from your consultant. **Are A-frames printed on both sides?** Yes. Both frame options are printed both sides, so the sign reads from either direction along the footpath. **Can I change the inserts between listings?** Yes, on the steel frame. It comes with two printed inserts that can be swapped, so the frame stays and only the message changes. Replacement inserts are quoted by your consultant. **Which frame should I choose?** The steel frame is weighted and weatherproof, and suits a sign used every weekend, with inserts swapped between listings. The flat-packed corflute A-frame is lighter and lower in price, and suits a single campaign, an event or a sign that is stored flat. **Do footpath signs need council approval?** Some councils have rules for signs placed on public footpaths. We do not give planning advice; check with your local council before placing a sign. We can flag details you may want on the sign, such as agency contact details. **What is ACM?** ACM stands for aluminium composite material: two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid core. It is rigid and flat, and it gives a sign a crisp, solid edge. **What sizes can I order?** The builder prices 600 x 450mm boards in quantities of one and ten. Larger sizes, routed shapes and double-sided boards are specified and quoted by your consultant. **How is an ACM sign different from corflute?** Corflute is a lightweight fluted plastic board, suited to listing boards that go up and come down. ACM is heavier and rigid, with a solid flat face, and suits a prestige listing, a long-running site sign or a sign fixed to a wall. **Do you install ACM signs?** Fixings and installation are arranged through your consultant. They are not part of the builder price. **Can I see the finish first?** Our $25 sample box includes signboard offcuts alongside our paper stocks and finishes, and the $25 is credited on your first order. **Why is there no price builder for annual reports?** A report's price depends on page count, size, stocks, binding, finishes and quantity, and small changes to any of them move the price. Your consultant specifies the job with you and confirms a written price before anything prints. **How quickly will I get a quote?** A consultant replies to every brief within one business day. For a report with a clear specification, that reply usually includes a written quote. If the specification still has open questions, your consultant asks them first. **What is the difference between saddle-stitched and square-spine binding?** Saddle-stitched books are folded sheets stapled through the spine, and suit shorter documents that need to open flat. Square-spine books have pages glued into a square spine with a wrapped cover, and suit longer reports that need a printed spine. **Can you print a small run for a board meeting?** Yes. Tell your consultant the quantity. Short runs and longer runs are specified differently, and your consultant recommends the approach that suits the number of copies and the date. **Can I see a printed proof before the run?** Every report gets a digital proof checked by a person. A posted hard-copy proof is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. For a long report, your consultant may recommend a printed and bound sample before the full run. **Can you deliver to several offices or to the AGM venue?** Yes. Metro delivery is included. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. **What is the difference between a PVC banner and fence mesh?** A PVC banner is a solid, opaque sheet with a smooth print surface, suited to walls, frontages, stages and event backdrops. Fence mesh is a woven, wind-permeable material that lets air pass through, so it suits temporary site fences and hoardings where a solid banner would catch the wind. **How are the banners finished?** Every banner and mesh is hemmed around the edge, with eyelets every 500mm for fixing with cable ties, rope or hooks. **Do you hang the banners?** Fixing and installation are arranged through your consultant. They are not part of the builder price. **Can I order a size not in the builder?** Yes. The builder prices our three standard sizes. Other sizes, and full-length fence runs, are quoted by your consultant. **How long will a banner last outside?** It depends on exposure, wind and how the banner is fixed. Tell your consultant where it will hang and for how long, and we will recommend a material. **What stock are the brochures printed on?** All builder brochures are 150gsm gloss art, a smooth coated stock that holds photography well. Satin, uncoated and heavier stocks are quoted by your consultant. **How many pages is an A3 folded to A4 brochure?** Four pages: an A3 sheet printed both sides and folded once to A4, giving a front cover, two inside pages and a back cover. **Can you print a booklet with more pages?** Yes, as quoted work. Multi-page booklets are specified and quoted by your consultant. For reports and longer documents, see our annual reports and booklets page. **Can I order brochures for one property in a small run?** Yes. The builder starts at 250 brochures, which suits a single listing. Our minimum order is $150 inc GST, and every brochure price in the builder is above it. **Do you check price guides and disclaimers?** We check that the details you would expect on a listing brochure are present, such as agency details and a licence number where your state requires it, and we flag gaps. We do not give legal advice on advertising rules. **Can the brochure match the signboard?** Yes. If you order the board and brochure together, your consultant checks that colours, photography and agent details match across both. The Listing Campaign package brings board, brochures and just-listed cards together. **Can I order cards for a whole team at once?** Yes. Send your consultant a list of names, titles and contact details. We set each card from your master design, check every name against your list and flag anything that looks inconsistent. We never silently change a name or title. **Do you print letterpress, duplexed or edge-painted cards?** Yes, as quoted work. These vary too much by stock, colour and quantity to price in a builder, so your consultant specifies them with you and confirms a written price before anything prints. **What happens if there is a mistake on my cards?** If the mistake is ours, we reprint at no cost. If something was approved on the proof, your consultant explains the options and what a reprint would cost. **What size is a DL compliment slip?** DL is a third of an A4 sheet. It fits a DL envelope flat and sits neatly on top of a folded A4 letter or a set of documents. **Are compliment slips the same stock as my letterhead?** Yes. They are printed on the same 100gsm uncoated, laser-safe stock as our letterheads, so the two match in colour and feel. **Should I print both sides?** Both sides is our default because the back can carry a brand colour, pattern or office list. Front only is $215 for 500 against $315 for both sides, and is a sensible choice if the back is never seen. **Can I see a printed sample before the run?** Yes. A posted hard-copy proof on the real stock is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. Our $25 sample box, credited on your first order, also shows our stocks and finishes. **What size real estate signboard should I order?** 900 x 600mm is our default and suits most for-sale and open-home boards. 1200 x 900mm gives more room for photography and reads from further away, which suits a prestige listing or a busy road. 600 x 450mm suits directional and open-home signs. **Do you install signboards or supply frames?** Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant. They are not part of the builder price. **Should I print one side or both?** Both sides is our default because a board on a corner block or set at an angle to the street is read from both directions. One side suits a board fixed flat to a fence or wall. **Can I order 250 boards printed both sides?** The builder prices two-sided boards up to 100 and one-sided boards up to 250. Larger runs, including 250 two-sided boards, are quoted by your consultant. **Do you check the agent licence number?** We check that the details you would expect on a board are present, such as agency name and a licence number where your state requires it, and we flag gaps. It is not legal advice. **What is the difference between foam PVC and foamboard?** Foam PVC is a solid, smooth plastic sheet that is stiff and durable. Foamboard is a lightweight foam core between two paper faces; it is easy to carry and suits short-term events, but its edges and corners mark more easily with handling. **Which size should I choose for a marketing suite?** A1 is our default and suits floor plans, renders and feature boards on a wall or easel. A0 suits a site plan or a hero render seen from across the room. A2 suits a desk, a counter or a series of smaller boards. **Can I order 25 or 50 boards in 5mm foam PVC?** The builder prices 5mm foam PVC and 5mm foamboard up to 10 boards, and 3mm foam PVC up to 50. Larger runs in 5mm are quoted by your consultant. **Do you supply easels or hang the boards?** Easels, wall fixings and installation are not part of the builder price. They are arranged through your consultant. **What stock are the posters printed on?** A heavy 200gsm matt paper. The matt surface keeps glare down behind glass and under shop or gallery lighting. **Do posters come framed?** No. Posters are supplied for your own frames, poster rails or window display. Frames and installation are not part of the builder price; they are arranged through your consultant. **Should I choose a poster or a rigid display board?** A poster suits a frame, a window or a wall rail, where it is supported. A rigid display board on foam PVC stands on an easel or hangs on its own, and suits a marketing suite or event where the panel needs to be self-supporting. **Can I print a set of different posters?** Yes. Tell your consultant how many designs are in the set. Each design is checked separately and the split is confirmed before printing. **Which envelope fits an A4 letter?** A DL envelope takes an A4 sheet folded in three. A C5 takes A4 folded once (A5 size). A C4 takes A4 flat, which suits contracts, reports and documents you do not want creased. **Do you print window envelopes?** Yes, as quoted work. Window faces are quoted by your consultant, along with envelopes printed in one or two Pantone (PMS) colours and runs above 1,000. **Can I order 1,000 C5 or C4 envelopes?** The builder prices C5 and C4 envelopes at 500. For 1,000 or more, your consultant quotes the run so we can confirm stock and lead time with you first. **How do the envelopes seal?** They have a peel-and-seal flap: remove the strip and press the flap closed. No moistening needed. **Will my brand colours match my letterhead?** We check your colour values on every file. Envelope stock can print colour slightly differently from letterhead paper, so if exact colour matters, brand colour match is $95 per design and we note the values for every reorder. **Are flyers printed on both sides?** Yes. Every flyer and postcard in the builder is printed both sides. **Which stock should I choose for a letterbox drop?** For large letterbox volumes, 170gsm matt is lighter and suits high quantities. For just-listed and just-sold cards you want kept on the bench, 350gsm board has a heavier, postcard feel. **Why can't I choose A6 on 170gsm, or A4 on 350gsm board?** The builder lists the combinations we recommend: A6 postcards on 350gsm board, and A4 flyers on 170gsm matt. If you need a different combination, your consultant can quote it. **Can I print several versions in one order, such as one per agent?** Tell your consultant how many versions you need. Each version is a separate design, so we check each one against your list and confirm the split before printing. **Do you handle letterbox distribution?** We print and deliver the cards to your office. Distribution to letterboxes is not part of our price; tell your consultant your distribution date and we will deliver ahead of it. **Why are hoardings quoted rather than priced online?** Every site is different: panel sizes, the length of the run, the surface the graphics go on, access and the build schedule all change the job. Your consultant specifies it with your project team and confirms a written price before anything prints. **Do you install hoarding graphics?** Installation is not part of our print price. Where it is needed, it is arranged through your consultant and shown as its own line on the quote, so you can see what is print and what is on-site work. **What do you need to give us a quote?** The site address, panel or elevation dimensions, the number of panels, the surface or system the graphics go on, the date the hoarding goes up, and your artwork or a design brief. Drawings or site photos help. **Can you print fence mesh as well as hoarding panels?** Yes. Standard fence mesh panels of 2400 x 1800mm can be priced in the builder on our banners and site mesh page. Longer runs and other sizes are quoted with your hoarding. **Do you check statutory signage on the hoarding?** We flag details you would expect to see, such as builder and site contact details, but statutory and safety signage is the responsibility of your builder and project team. It is not planning or legal advice. **Can the hoarding match our marketing suite and brochures?** Yes. If we print both, your consultant checks colour values across the hoarding, boards and print, and brand colour match is $95 per design. **What does a from price mean?** It is the price of the configuration we would recommend, at the lowest quantity in the builder. You can step down to a lighter stock or a simpler finish in the builder and see the price change. **What if I need something that is not listed?** Start a brief or book a 15-minute call. A consultant replies to every brief within one business day, and anything the builder cannot price is quoted in writing. **Will your letterheads run through our office printer?** Our builder stock is a 100gsm uncoated sheet chosen to run cleanly through office laser printers. If your office uses an unusual printer or heavy duplex printing, tell your consultant and we can post a hard-copy proof on the real stock for $75 so you can test it first. **Can you match our Word template?** Send us the Word template your team types into. We check that its margins and text areas sit clear of the printed design, and flag anything that would print over your logo or footer. **Do you print on cotton or heavier writing papers?** Yes, as quoted work. Cotton and 120gsm premium writing stocks are specified and quoted by your consultant, because availability and price vary by stock and quantity. **Can letterheads be split between offices?** Yes. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, packed and labelled per office. **Can you hold stock and reorder for us?** Yes. Storage and scheduled reorder is $29 a month. We hold your approved artwork and up to four cartons of stock, and reorder on a schedule you set. Cancel any time. **When should I order calendar magnets for next year?** Calendar magnets are usually letterboxed in the last months of the year. Our target is 7 to 9 business days after proof approval, so allow time for design and proofing before your distribution date. Your consultant can plan back from it. **What sizes are available?** The DL calendar magnet is 99 x 210mm. The business-card magnet is 90 x 55mm, the same size as a standard business card. **Do you check the calendar dates?** Yes. We check the year, the days of the week against each date, and that every month is present. Public holidays differ by state, so if your calendar marks them, we check them against the state you supplied. **Can I print a magnet for each agent?** Yes. Each agent's magnet is a separate version of the design. We check each name and number against your list and confirm the split before printing. **Do you letterbox the magnets?** We print and deliver the magnets to your office. Letterbox distribution is not part of our price; tell your consultant your distribution date and we will plan delivery ahead of it. **What fits inside an A4 presentation folder?** The folder holds A4 documents flat, such as proposals, engagement letters, listing packs or sales material, with a slot for a business card. Tell your consultant how thick your usual pack is and we will check it against the folder. **Can I have soft-touch, foil or spot gloss on my folders?** Yes, as quoted work. Soft-touch, foil and spot gloss folders are quoted by your consultant, because each changes how the folder is made and finished. **Do you supply a template?** Yes. Your consultant sends the flat folder template (the dieline) so your designer can place artwork on the cover, spine, inside and pocket in the right positions. **Why do folders take longer than cards?** Folders are printed flat, laminated, then cut, scored and folded to shape. Our target is 8 to 10 business days after you approve the proof. **Can I see one before I order?** Your consultant can post a hard-copy proof for $75, which adds 2 to 3 business days. Our $25 sample box, credited on your first order, shows our board weights and finishes. **What size is a pull-up banner?** Our premium banner is 850 x 2100mm. The standard option is 850 x 2000mm. Both roll into their base for transport. **What is the difference between the premium and standard banners?** The premium banner has a heavier base that stands straight and a textured, glare-free blockout print, and comes with a carry bag. The standard banner has a lighter base and a blockout print, and is 100mm shorter. **What does blockout mean?** Blockout material stops light passing through the banner, so a bright window or spotlight behind it does not show through your graphic. **Can I order 10 or more premium banners?** The builder prices the premium banner up to five, and the standard banner up to 25. Larger premium runs are quoted by your consultant. **Can you replace the graphic on a banner I already have?** Ask your consultant. Replacement graphics depend on the base you already own, so they are quoted rather than priced in the builder. **Why is there a charge?** The $25 covers the samples and postage, and it means each box goes to someone planning a real job. It is credited on your first order, so if you go on to order, the box costs you nothing in the end. **How is the $25 credited?** Your consultant applies a $25 credit to your first order, shown as a line on the checkout or quote. **How long does it take to arrive?** We aim to post your box within 2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on where you are. **Can I ask for specific finishes?** Yes. Tick the finishes you would like to see on the form, or tell us what you are planning, and we will tailor the box. If something you ask about is quote-only, such as letterpress or cotton stocks, your consultant will tell you and can talk you through the options. **Is the sample box included in the minimum order?** The sample box is sold on its own and sits outside our $150 minimum order. **How do you quote an annual report?** Your consultant specifies it with you: page count, trim size, cover and text stocks, binding, finish, quantity and the date it must be in hand. You get a written quote, usually within one business day of a complete specification. **How long does an annual report take to print?** It depends on the page count, binding and finish, so the schedule is set with your consultant at quote stage and worked back from your AGM, board meeting or launch date. Allow time for a posted hard-copy proof if colour matters. **Can we see a printed proof before the run?** Yes. A posted hard-copy proof on the chosen stock is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. **Can you deliver to an event venue?** Yes. Delivery to a metro venue in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide or Canberra is included. Tell us the venue's receiving hours and contact so the delivery can be booked to match. Split delivery to an extra metro address is $35. **Do you work with our design agency?** Yes. Your agency can send the brief and files directly, and the proof can go to both of you. We check the files against our 12-point list and raise anything we find with whoever you nominate. **Can you match our brand colours across paper and display?** A brand colour match is $95 per design. We match your colours to a printed reference and note the values for every reorder. Different materials, such as coated card, uncoated paper and banner fabric, take ink differently, so we tell you where to expect a visible difference. **We don't fit one of these sectors. Can we still order?** Yes. The sectors describe who we built the service around, not who we will work with. Choose 'Other' in the brief and your consultant will take it from there. **Is the proof check different for each sector?** Every job gets the same 12-point checklist. Point 9 covers sector details, such as licence numbers for agencies, an ABN, ACN or professional standards scheme line for practices, and render disclaimers for developers. **Do you give legal or compliance advice?** No. We flag details that are missing or inconsistent with what you supplied. Whether your print meets the rules that apply to you is for your firm, agency or project team to confirm. **Can one account cover several sectors or businesses?** Talk to your consultant. Accounts are set up around how you order and who approves spend, and are assessed on application. **Will the letterhead run through our office printers?** Yes. Our letterheads are printed on a 100gsm uncoated stock that is laser and inkjet safe, chosen because it runs cleanly through office printers. Cotton and 120gsm writing stocks are available on quote. **Can you add our professional standards scheme line?** We set the line exactly as you supply it and check that it appears on every piece where you expect it, at a size that can be read. Whether your firm needs the line, and its exact wording, is for your firm to confirm. We flag; it is not legal advice. **Do you check our ABN and ACN?** We check that the ABN, and the ACN for an incorporated practice, appear where you expect them, match what you supplied and match across every piece. If a number is missing, inconsistent or the wrong length, we flag it before print. **Can we see a printed proof on the actual stock?** Yes. A posted hard-copy proof is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days. It is included in The Practice Suite. **How do we order cards for a new partner or staff member?** Tell your consultant the name, title and contact details. We set them on your approved card master and send a fresh proof for the new details only. **Can the stationery go to more than one office?** Yes. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, with each office packed and labelled separately. **Do you install hoardings and site mesh?** We print them. Installation is arranged through your consultant, who confirms who will do it, when and at what cost before you commit. If your builder fits hoardings with their own crew, we print and deliver to suit their programme. **Can you measure the site?** Hoardings are measured and scheduled with your project team. Your consultant works from your drawings and the builder's measurements. If a site measure is needed, it is arranged through your consultant and quoted before any work starts. **Should we use fence mesh or a PVC banner?** Fence mesh is wind-permeable, so it suits site fences and exposed hoardings where a solid banner would catch the wind. PVC banners are solid and print with more density, so they suit sheltered walls, balustrades and display suites. **Do you arrange council or permit approvals for site signage?** No. Approvals for hoardings and signage sit with your project team and builder. We print to the approved size and content, and we flag anything on the artwork that does not match the drawings or schedule you sent. **Can you deliver to a construction site?** Yes. Delivery to a metro site in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide or Canberra is included, and regional sites are quoted at cost before you pay. Tell us the site contact and delivery hours so someone can receive it. **How quickly can display suite material be ready?** Rigid display boards are usually ready 4 to 6 business days after proof approval, display posters 3 to 5 and brochures 6 to 8. If your suite opening date is fixed, tell us in the brief and your consultant will build the schedule back from it. **How quickly can signboards be ready?** Corflute signboards are usually ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Priority turnaround (25% of the order, minimum $95) moves your job to the front of the queue and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows. Your consultant confirms the date before you pay. **Should we choose corflute or ACM boards?** Corflute is a lightweight fluted plastic board, suited to for-sale, auction and open-home boards that change with each listing. ACM (aluminium composite) is a rigid 3mm panel that stays flat and reads as more permanent, so agencies use it for prestige listings and office signage. Your consultant can show you both in the sample box. **Do you install signboards?** Corflute boards come with eyelets in each corner. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant, who will tell you what is available for your area and what it costs before you commit. **Can each agent's cards go to their own branch?** Yes. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, and each branch's cartons are packed and labelled separately. **Can we reuse A-frames between listings?** Yes. The steel A-frame takes two printed inserts, and the inserts can be swapped between listings, so you only reprint the inserts. **Do you check our price guide against the law?** No. We check that the price guide wording on the board, brochure and postcard matches what you supplied and matches across every piece. Whether the figure meets your state's underquoting rules is for you and your agent to decide. We flag; it is not legal advice. ## Questions answered in the journal Generated from data/pricebook.json version 2026-10-18. Prices change; the canonical page is https://proofprint.com.au/pricing/
