Proof & Print is a new, consultancy-led print service for Australian firms: one consultant per client, and a person checking every proof against a written checklist before it prints.
Why does Proof & Print exist?
Proof & Print was set up to put a person back between your file and the press, because errors in print ordered online are usually found only when the boxes arrive.
Ordering print online has become fast and cheap to start, and slow and expensive to get wrong. Upload a file, pick a stock from a dropdown, pay, and hope. If a mobile number is out by one digit, or a licence number is missing from a signboard, or a logo is too low-resolution for the size it is printed at, you find out when the boxes arrive.
For most firms that is an inconvenience. For a real estate agency with a board going up on Saturday, a law firm sending its first letters on a new letterhead, or a developer opening a display suite, it is a real cost: reprints, delays and print that says the wrong thing about the business.
Every client works with a consultant, and every job is checked by a person against a written list before it prints.
How does Proof & Print work with clients?
Proof & Print works with one consultant per client, a written 12-point proof checklist, premium stocks and finishes as the default, and published prices inc GST.
One consultant per client. You deal with one person from brief to delivery, and the same person when you reorder. They keep your approved artwork, stock choices and colour values on file.
A written proof checklist. Twelve points, the same on every job, from bleed and resolution to names, licence numbers and scheme lines. We fix what is technical, flag what is yours to decide, and never silently change a name, a number or a word.
Premium as the default. We keep a curated range of fewer than twenty products rather than hundreds, and each one starts on the stock and finish we would recommend. You can step down, and we explain the trade-off.
Prices in the open. "From" prices for every standard item, inc GST, with metro delivery included. Bespoke and large work is quoted in writing.
Built for four sectors. Real estate agencies, legal and professional practices, corporate teams and property developers. Each has details that matter more than usual, and our checklist covers them.
What doesn't Proof & Print do?
We are not a design studio, although a design-direction session and artwork setup are available. We are not the lowest-priced option, and we don't try to be. We don't install signage ourselves: frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant. And we don't publish testimonials, client logos or awards we have not earned. As clients agree to be named, you will see them here.

Are you a new business?
Yes. Proof & Print is a new firm. We would rather say so plainly than imply a history we don't have.
Do you print in-house?
We are a consultancy-led print service. Your consultant specifies and manages the job, a person checks the proof, and each job is produced on the stock and finish in your approved quote. Your consultant is your single point of contact throughout.
Where are you based?
We work with clients by email, phone and video call. Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price.
Do you work with businesses outside your four sectors?
Yes. The four sectors are who we built the service around. If your print needs the same care, send a brief.
