For artwork, a reorder or a question about an existing job, include your brief or order reference if you have one.

How quickly will you reply?
A consultant replies to every brief within one business day, usually sooner. Emails to studio@proofprint.com.au are answered on business days within our hours.
Can I visit you?
We work with clients by email, phone and video call. If you would like to see stocks and finishes in person, the sample box ($25, credited on your first order) brings them to you.

If you want a price, start a brief. It asks the questions your consultant needs and takes about three minutes. Email suits anything else.
How do I send large files?
Upload them in the brief, or paste a link to a file-sharing service. Files go to private storage and are seen only by your consultant.
