Best for: corporate teams that want one consultant across reports, folders, team cards and event display, with every proof checked against a written list and approved stocks kept consistent.
Not the right fit if: you need hundreds of locations ordering through an inventory portal with consolidated reporting from day one, where a larger print management firm or franchise network may suit you better, or you need a quick, low-cost run where an online printer will.
Your consultant specifies an annual report with you before quoting, because an annual report has a fixed date and many contributors, and most problems start in the specification, not the press. The specification covers:
At proof stage we check page order, pagination, spreads that cross the spine, image resolution and colour values. We do not check your figures or your text for accuracy. We check that the file we print is the file you approved, and we flag any late change that arrives after approval.
A corporate event usually needs pull-up banners, a PVC banner, A-frame signs at the door and printed cards, all matched to the same brand.
For conferences, expos and client functions, consistency matters more than any single piece: the pull-up, the A-frame at the door and the card in the hand should look like the same company. The Event Kit puts them together: two pull-up banners, a 3000 x 1000mm PVC banner, two steel A-frames and 500 A5 cards, with artwork setup for four designs.
When you brief an event, tell us the date and venue. We check that dates, times, venue names and session details match on every piece, and we book delivery to suit the venue's receiving hours.

Every job goes through our 12-point proof checklist. For corporate work we pay particular attention to:
Your design agency can send the brief and files directly, choosing Agency or designer in the brief, and the proof can go to both the agency and your team. Many corporate jobs are designed by an agency and approved in-house. We raise what we find with whoever you nominate, so technical fixes go to the designer and decisions about names, wording and dates go to the person who signs off. The job prints only when your nominated approver approves the proof.
With a Proof & Print account, your consultant holds approved artwork and brand values on file, splits delivery across offices ($35 per additional metro address) and can hold stock and reorder on a schedule ($29 a month). An account keeps print consistent when several teams or offices order it. Accounts are assessed on application.
The Event Kit costs $1,995 inc GST, against $2,165 for the same items bought separately.

Something else? All questions or ask your consultant.
Your consultant specifies it with you: page count, trim size, cover and text stocks, binding, finish, quantity and the date it must be in hand. You get a written quote, usually within one business day of a complete specification.
It depends on the page count, binding and finish, so the schedule is set with your consultant at quote stage and worked back from your AGM, board meeting or launch date. Allow time for a posted hard-copy proof if colour matters.
Yes. A posted hard-copy proof on the chosen stock is $75 and adds 2 to 3 business days.
Yes. Delivery to a metro venue in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide or Canberra is included. Tell us the venue's receiving hours and contact so the delivery can be booked to match. Split delivery to an extra metro address is $35.
Yes. Your agency can send the brief and files directly, and the proof can go to both of you. We check the files against our 12-point list and raise anything we find with whoever you nominate.
A brand colour match is $95 per design. We match your colours to a printed reference and note the values for every reorder. Different materials, such as coated card, uncoated paper and banner fabric, take ink differently, so we tell you where to expect a visible difference.
Send the specification you have, even if it is rough, and your consultant will reply within one business day with questions, a recommendation and a price or a quote.
