Proof & Print display posters start at $330 inc GST for five A1 posters. They are printed on a heavy 200gsm matt stock, in A1 and A2, for frames, windows, wall rails and marketing suites. Developers order them for display homes and sales suites; corporate teams for receptions, events and internal campaigns.

Should I choose an A1 or A2 display poster?
Choose A1 (594 x 841mm) for a poster that reads from across a room or through a window, and A2 (420 x 594mm) for a smaller frame, a corridor or a row of posters side by side.
All posters are printed on 200gsm matt. gsm is paper weight; 200gsm is a heavy poster paper that lies flat in a frame and handles well. The matt surface keeps glare down behind glass and under bright lighting.
A1, 594 x 841mm (our default). A large poster that reads from across a room or from the street through a window. It suits a hero render, a feature photograph or a campaign message. It fits standard A1 frames and poster rails.
A2, 420 x 594mm. Half the area of A1. It suits a smaller frame, a corridor, a reception wall or a window where several posters sit side by side. Type and images need to be larger in proportion to read from the same distance. Five A2 posters are $280, against $330 for A1.
If the poster needs to stand on its own on an easel or be hung without a frame, a rigid display board on foam PVC may suit better.
How much do display posters cost?
Five A1 display posters on 200gsm matt cost $330 inc GST and ten cost $390, with metro delivery included. Five A2 posters cost $280.

What do we check on a display poster proof?
Every display poster is checked by a person against our written proof checklist. For posters, that means:
- Image resolution at the printed size. An image that looks sharp on screen can look soft at A1. We check every photograph and render at full size and flag any that will not hold up.
- Trim size, bleed and safe area, and the margin a frame or mount will cover. If your frames have a mat border, tell us its size and we check nothing important sits under it.
- Viewing distance and type size, so headlines read from where people will stand and small print stays legible.
- Colour space and brand colour values, so a set of posters matches your brochures and boards. Matt stock prints colour slightly softer than gloss; we tell you what to expect. Brand colour match is $95 per design.
- Fine text, hairlines and rich black.
- Disclaimers and sector details, such as the disclaimer you would expect on a render. We flag gaps; it is not legal advice.
- Quantities and versions match the order, if you are printing a set of different posters.
How long do display posters take to arrive?
Our target for display posters is 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay.
Priority turnaround adds 25% (minimum $95) and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows; your consultant confirms the date before you pay. Posters for several sites can be delivered separately, $35 per additional metro address.
Which posters are quoted or arranged separately?
Your consultant quotes runs above 100, other sizes, and other stocks such as gloss or satin. Frames and installation are arranged through your consultant and are not part of the builder price.

Do posters come framed?
No. Posters are supplied for your own frames, poster rails or window display. Frames and installation are not part of the builder price; they are arranged through your consultant.
Should I choose a poster or a rigid display board?
A poster suits a frame, a window or a wall rail, where it is supported. A rigid display board on foam PVC stands on an easel or hangs on its own, and suits a marketing suite or event where the panel needs to be self-supporting.
Can I print a set of different posters?
Yes. Tell your consultant how many designs are in the set. Each design is checked separately and the split is confirmed before printing.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $150 inc GST. Posters start at five, and five A2 posters are $280, so a poster order is already above it.
