What print does an agency need for a listing?

An agency listing usually needs a signboard, listing brochures and just-listed cards, with A-frame signs for open homes and business cards for each agent.

Every price below is inc GST, with delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra included.

Corflute signboards

For-sale, auction and open-home boards on 3mm corflute, with eyelets in each corner. The default is 900 x 600mm printed both sides, so the board reads from both directions on a corner block. 600 x 450mm and 1200 x 900mm are also listed. From $315 for 5, usually ready 3 to 5 business days after proof approval.

Corflute signboards

Aluminium (ACM) signboards

Rigid 3mm aluminium composite boards for prestige listings and office signage. 600 x 450mm from $305. Larger sizes, routed shapes and double-sided boards are specified and quoted by your consultant.

ACM signboards

Listing brochures

The classic listing brochure: A3 folded to A4, four pages, on 150gsm gloss art. From $680 for 250, usually 6 to 8 business days after proof approval. Satin, uncoated and heavier stocks, and multi-page booklets for larger campaigns, are quoted.

Listing and capability brochures

Just-listed and just-sold cards

A5 cards on a heavy 350gsm board, printed both sides, so they feel considered in the letterbox and on the bench. From $320 for 250. DL and A6 postcard sizes are listed too, and a lighter 170gsm matt stock suits larger letterbox volumes.

Flyers and postcards

A-frame footpath signs

A weighted steel frame with two printed inserts, printed both sides and weatherproof. The inserts can be swapped between listings. From $270.

A-frame signs

Agent business cards

450gsm with a soft-touch finish on both sides and a spot gloss detail on the front. From $165 for 250, or $240 with the spot gloss. A new agent's cards are proofed against your agent list, like everything else.

Is Proof & Print right for your agency?

Best for: agencies, especially multi-office ones, that want the board, brochure and card to match, with agent names, licence numbers and auction wording checked by a person on every job.

Not the right fit if: you need a single corflute tomorrow at the lowest price (an online sign printer will suit you better), or you want every listing's artwork generated automatically from your CRM. That is what real estate print platforms do, and many agencies use one alongside a print partner.

How long does print take for a real estate listing?

For a typical listing, corflute boards are usually ready 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, brochures 6 to 8 business days and just-sold cards 5 to 7 business days.

Agency print runs to the campaign calendar, not ours. A typical listing looks like this, with lead times taken from our price book and stated as targets:

  1. Listing signed. You send the property details, photos and agent names. Your consultant replies within one business day.
  2. Board ordered. Corflute boards are usually ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof, so the board can go up while the brochure is still being finalised.
  3. Brochure proofed. Photo resolution, auction wording and agent details are checked before the proof reaches you.
  4. Open home. Brochures usually arrive 6 to 8 business days after proof approval. A-frame inserts can be swapped for the next listing.
  5. Sold. A just-sold card run to the surrounding streets, usually 5 to 7 business days after proof approval.

If a date is fixed, such as an auction or a launch, say so in your brief. Your consultant will confirm what can make it before you pay.

What do we check on real estate print?

Every job goes through our 12-point proof checklist. For agencies, the sector check (point 9) and the names check (point 7) carry most of the weight. On real estate work we look for:

  • Agent names, titles and mobile numbers, checked against the agent list you supplied, and set in the same format on the board, brochure and card. If a name on the artwork doesn't match your list, we flag it. We never silently change it.
  • Licence or registration numbers, where your state's rules or your agency's policy expect them on advertising. If one is missing or differs between pieces, we flag it.
  • Auction wording. The auction date, time and venue (on site or in rooms) match on every piece, along with wording such as "unless sold prior", exactly as you supplied it.
  • Price guide wording, consistent across the board, the brochure and the postcard. We check consistency, not the figure.
  • Franchise and office details. The office name and address, and an "independently owned and operated" line where your network's brand standards ask for one.
  • Brand colours, held to the same CMYK and Pantone references on corflute, aluminium, board and paper, so the board and the brochure look like the same agency.
  • Photo resolution at board size. A 1200 x 900mm board needs a far larger image file than a brochure page. If a photo will look soft at the printed size, we tell you before print, not after.
  • QR codes and listing addresses, scanned and tested to open the right listing.
  • Open-home days and times, written the same way everywhere they appear.

We flag gaps; it is not legal advice. Compliance decisions stay with your agency.

How do multi-office rollouts work for agencies?

Multi-office rollouts run from one set of approved masters held by your consultant, with each branch's print packed, labelled and delivered separately.

When an agency opens a new office or moves to a new brand, the print has to arrive together and match. Your consultant holds the approved artwork for every branch, so a new agent's cards are a fresh proof on an approved master, not a new job from scratch. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, with each branch packed and labelled separately. Storage and scheduled reorder at $29 a month holds approved artwork and up to four cartons of stock, and reorders on a schedule you set.

For multi-branch ordering, see print management and accounts.

How much does a listing campaign or agency launch cost?

The Listing Campaign costs $1,695 inc GST for one property, and The Agency Launch costs $2,395 for a new or rebranded office.

The Agency Launch, $2,395. Everything a new office or rebranded agency needs in its first week: 500 business cards, 10 corflute signboards, a pull-up banner, two steel A-frames and 1,000 A5 cards on 350gsm board, with a design-direction session and artwork setup for five designs. Bought separately, the same items come to $2,645.

The Agency Launch

The Listing Campaign, $1,695. One property, presented properly: five 1200 x 900mm corflute boards, 250 listing brochures and 500 just-listed cards, with artwork setup for three designs. Bought separately, $1,845.

Questions

Something else? All questions or ask your consultant.

How quickly can signboards be ready?

Corflute signboards are usually ready 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. Priority turnaround (25% of the order, minimum $95) moves your job to the front of the queue and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows. Your consultant confirms the date before you pay.

Should we choose corflute or ACM boards?

Corflute is a lightweight fluted plastic board, suited to for-sale, auction and open-home boards that change with each listing. ACM (aluminium composite) is a rigid 3mm panel that stays flat and reads as more permanent, so agencies use it for prestige listings and office signage. Your consultant can show you both in the sample box.

Do you install signboards?

Corflute boards come with eyelets in each corner. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant, who will tell you what is available for your area and what it costs before you commit.

Can each agent's cards go to their own branch?

Yes. Split delivery is $35 per additional metro address, and each branch's cartons are packed and labelled separately.

Can we reuse A-frames between listings?

Yes. The steel A-frame takes two printed inserts, and the inserts can be swapped between listings, so you only reprint the inserts.

Do you check our price guide against the law?

No. We check that the price guide wording on the board, brochure and postcard matches what you supplied and matches across every piece. Whether the figure meets your state's underquoting rules is for you and your agent to decide. We flag; it is not legal advice.
