Who is The Listing Campaign for?
The Listing Campaign is for agents and agencies launching a prestige or high-attention listing who want the board, brochure and cards to look like one campaign. It suits a single property; for an office's regular listing print, an account with approved masters on file is usually a better fit.

The Listing Campaign includes five 1200 x 900mm corflute signboards, 250 listing brochures and 500 just-listed cards, with artwork setup for three designs.

Every design is checked by a person against our 12-point proof checklist before it prints. For listing print that includes image resolution at the printed size, which matters on a 1200 x 900mm board, and agent contact details and licence numbers, which we flag if they look missing.
How long does The Listing Campaign take?
The longest item in The Listing Campaign, the brochures, usually takes 6 to 8 business days after you approve the proof. The signboards are usually 3 to 5 business days and the just-listed cards 5 to 7, and each item prints on its usual lead time after its proof is approved. Tell your consultant your campaign launch date when you buy, and they will schedule proofs so the board is ready first if you need it.
Can I change what is in The Listing Campaign?
Yes, before you buy. The package price applies to the scope listed above, and your consultant prices any changes. If you want 900 x 600mm boards, more brochures, an A4 folded to A5 format or a different card size, tell your consultant before you buy. They price the changed version from the same price book, confirm in writing whether it still sits at a package price, and send you a pay link for the agreed amount. Multi-page booklets and heavier or uncoated brochure stocks are quoted separately.

Why five large boards for one listing?
Five boards give a main board for the front of the property and spares for corners, approaches or a second street frontage. If you need fewer or a smaller size, your consultant can price that version before you buy.
How quickly can the boards be ready?
Corflute signboards are usually 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. The brochures take longer, at 6 to 8 business days, so if the board is needed first, tell your consultant and the boards can be proofed and sent ahead.
Can the board carry auction details?
Yes, if you know them when the board is designed. A printed board cannot be changed afterwards, so if the campaign is heading to auction, tell your consultant when you buy. The auction date can go on the board from the start, or a second run of boards can be priced from our price book later.
Do the boards come with frames?
The package covers the printed boards. Frames, stakes and installation are arranged through your consultant and priced separately.
We list every week. Is there a better way to order?
If you order listing print regularly, an account lets you keep approved masters on file and request each listing as a reorder with the new property details. Your consultant can explain how that works for your office.
What happens after I buy The Listing Campaign?
Your consultant emails within one business day to collect the property photography, copy, agent details and delivery address. Nothing prints until you approve the proof.
