What we'll cover
In 15 minutes your consultant will usually ask:
- What the job is, who it is for and where it will be used.
- Quantities, versions and how many people, branches or sites are involved.
- The date you need it in hand, and whether that date is fixed.
- What you have already: files, brand guidelines, a previous print run.
- What went wrong last time, if anything.
You leave with a clear next step, and your consultant follows up in writing.

Is the call free?
Yes. The 15-minute call costs nothing and there is no obligation. If you want a longer working session on stock, finish and layout, the design-direction session is 60 minutes for $195, credited in full on an order over $1,500 placed within 60 days.
Phone or video?
Either. Choose when you book. Video is useful if you want to share your screen or hold up a sample.
What should I have ready?
Whatever you have: an existing piece you want to reprint or improve, rough quantities, a date, and your files if they exist. None of it is required.
What happens after the call?
Your consultant sends a written summary with a recommendation and a price or a quote, usually within one business day.
