Real estate print platforms and a print partner compared

Campaigntrack and Realhub are marketing platforms that build listing artwork and route orders to suppliers. Proof & Print is a print partner. They do different jobs, and many agencies use both.

Campaigntrack and Realhub are real estate marketing platforms: they generate listing artwork from agency templates and CRM data and send orders to print, signage and other suppliers. Proof & Print is a print partner for agencies: a named consultant specifies the job, a person checks every proof and we deliver it at a published price. They are not like-for-like, and the right answer for many agencies is both.

What do real estate print platforms do well?

Based on public information (captured 17 October 2026):

  • Campaigntrack is a Sydney-based platform used by thousands of offices across Australia and New Zealand. It turns brand-approved templates and listing data from CRMs into print, signboards, digital and social artwork.
  • Realhub is a marketing platform and supplier marketplace that connects agencies with printers, installers, photographers and other suppliers.
  • Workflow at scale. Listing data flows into templates, approvals happen in one place, and many offices order the same way.

Best for: agencies that want every listing's artwork generated from one template system linked to the CRM.

Where does Proof & Print differ?

  • We are a print partner, not software. We don't generate listing artwork from your CRM.
  • A named consultant and a human proof check. Every job is checked against our 12-point list, with real estate details such as agent names, licence numbers and auction wording checked on top.
  • Published prices. Signboards, brochures, cards and agency packages are priced on the site, inc GST, with metro delivery included. The platforms don't publish price lists.
  • Brand standards across branches. One consultant keeps stocks, colours and finishes consistent when a new office opens or an agent joins.

How do agencies use both?

A common split: the platform handles per-listing artwork and ordering, and the print partner handles agency stationery, signage standards, launch kits and anything outside the template system. If your platform lets you nominate suppliers, ask your consultant how that would work for your agency.

Who should choose which?

Choose a platform if listing artwork at volume, from templates and CRM data, is the problem to solve.

Choose Proof & Print if you want premium print specified by one consultant, checked by a person and priced in writing, for stationery, signage and launch work across your offices.

Questions

Something else? All questions or ask your consultant.

Is Proof & Print a replacement for Campaigntrack or Realhub?

No. Those platforms build listing artwork from agency templates and CRM data and route orders to suppliers. Proof & Print is a print partner: we specify, check and deliver the print. Many agencies use a platform for listing artwork and a print partner for stationery, signage standards and branch rollouts.

How much do Campaigntrack and Realhub cost?

Neither publishes a price list that we could find. Pricing is set through the platform, its CRM integrations and its suppliers. Ask them directly for current fees.

When should an agency use a real estate platform rather than Proof & Print?

When the priority is generating every listing's brochures, signboards and social artwork from one template system linked to the CRM, with many offices ordering through one workflow.
