Should I choose a premium or standard pull-up banner?
Choose the premium banner, 850 x 2100mm with a textured, glare-free print, for events and receptions under bright lighting. Choose the standard banner, 850 x 2000mm, for a banner used a few times or ordered for several branches.
Premium base, textured blockout print, 850 x 2100mm (our default). A heavier base that stands straight on carpet, tiles or a stage, and a textured print surface that does not throw glare back under event lighting or camera flash. Blockout means the material stops light showing through from behind, so a bright window does not wash out your graphic. It comes with a carry bag.
Standard base, blockout print, 850 x 2000mm. A lighter base with a blockout print. It is 100mm shorter than the premium banner, and the print does not have the textured, glare-free surface, which shows most under bright event lighting. It is a sensible choice for a banner used a few times or ordered in larger numbers for several branches. One standard banner is $215, against $335 for the premium.
How much do pull-up banners cost?
One premium pull-up banner costs $335 inc GST and two cost $625, with metro delivery included. One standard pull-up banner costs $215.

What do we check on a pull-up banner proof?

Every pull-up banner is checked by a person against our written proof checklist. For pull-up banners, that means:
- The visible area. The bottom of the graphic rolls into the base and part of the top sits in the rail, so we check that nothing important is lost to either. Your proof shows the visible area.
- Eye level and the lower third. At events the lower part of a banner is often hidden behind a table, a chair or a crowd. We flag logos, phone numbers or calls to action that sit too low to be seen.
- Image resolution at the printed size. At over two metres tall, a photograph has to hold up close and from across the room. We check every image at full size and flag any that will look soft.
- Viewing distance and type size, so headlines read from across a room and contact details read from a step or two away.
- Colour space and brand colour values, so the banner matches your stand, signage and print. Brand colour match is $95 per design.
- Trim size and bleed for the size you have chosen; the premium and standard banners are different heights.
- Quantities and versions match the order, if you are ordering a set with different graphics.
How long do pull-up banners take to arrive?
Our target for pull-up banners is 3 to 5 business days after you approve the proof. For an event, tell your consultant the date and the delivery address; we can deliver to your office or the venue in metro areas.
Delivery to metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Canberra is included in every price. Perth, Hobart, Darwin and regional addresses are quoted at cost before you pay. Priority turnaround adds 25% (minimum $95) and dispatches one business day sooner where the product allows; your consultant confirms the date before you pay. Banners for several branches can be delivered separately, $35 per additional metro address.
Which pull-up banner orders are quoted separately?
Your consultant quotes premium runs above five, standard runs above 25, replacement graphics for bases you already own, and other sizes. If you are planning a full event presence, The Event Kit brings two pull-up banners together with a PVC banner, A-frames and printed cards.
Pull-up banners are also part of The Agency Launch and The Development Suite.

Questions
Something else? All questions or ask your consultant.
What size is a pull-up banner?
Our premium banner is 850 x 2100mm. The standard option is 850 x 2000mm. Both roll into their base for transport.
What is the difference between the premium and standard banners?
The premium banner has a heavier base that stands straight and a textured, glare-free blockout print, and comes with a carry bag. The standard banner has a lighter base and a blockout print, and is 100mm shorter.
What does blockout mean?
Blockout material stops light passing through the banner, so a bright window or spotlight behind it does not show through your graphic.
Can I order 10 or more premium banners?
The builder prices the premium banner up to five, and the standard banner up to 25. Larger premium runs are quoted by your consultant.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $150 inc GST. A single standard banner is $215 and a single premium banner is $335, so either is above it.
Can you replace the graphic on a banner I already have?
Ask your consultant. Replacement graphics depend on the base you already own, so they are quoted rather than priced in the builder.
